Energy Direction
Let’s assume we have 36 energy capsules per day.
16 of these energy capsules are used in the functioning of the mind and generating thoughts,
6 of them are used in our daily sports and movements,
Let’s say 4 of them are used to digest the food we eat.
Our first goal would be to use the remaining 10 energy capsules efficiently.
We would try to produce new energy and make useful products with 10 energy capsules.
If a mind starts talking about others or being interested in what they are doing, it takes energy away from itself and gives it to them.
- We started using 4 energy capsules out of the 10 we had.
- 2 energy capsules transformed into thoughts.
- This thinking began to drift into the domain of those we spoke to.
- Unless we see what he does and improve ourselves, we will pull down the 6 energy capsules we have and reduce it to 5, with the feeling of being left behind.
As we appreciate the energy capsules we have here and focus on producing value for ourselves, we will also benefit our environment.
Nowadays, most people comment or talk about at least 1-2 people around them.
He spends his energy there, speaking in good and bad ways, without changing this.
Even if a person does not talk to others, he can judge what he sees around him, even within himself.
About a year ago, while browsing Instagram, I questioned a male yoga instructor. Not long after 4-5 months, I found myself taking yoga instructor training and uploading videos to Instagram. 🙂
I’m sure you have a similar story, big or small.
It is wrong to call the judgment I make good or bad. When a person is at a lower level of mind, he cannot see that he is judging at that moment.
That’s why it’s important to take this judgment seriously and control it ourselves.
Realizing and getting rid of ourselves when we judge opens our way to ourselves.
Mind Perception Levels
Mind levels;
- Strong Mind
- Middle Mind
- Weak Mind
I classify it as.
Here, the weaker the mind, the more superficially it looks and focuses only on what it sees, namely people. Instead of understanding why people behave the way they do, they judge them.
When we ask them, they say they are not judging but just talking about what is happening.
They use their judgment to assume that their point of view is the only one. They attract this thing that is contrary to them into their lives by judging them. This mindset works in a way that does not include the opinions of others.
Thus, it slows down the development of the mind and makes it clumsy.
Strong minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, weak ones discuss people. – Socrates
A mind that discusses events focuses on the event rather than who did what and tries to draw a lesson for itself only through the event.
Here, the purpose has moved beyond the people to the event. Giving meaning to the event means learning from that experience.
Thus, instead of experiencing the event personally, he learns from someone else’s experience.
As a result of this lesson, he improves the areas that seem similar in his own life. The mind, which is at an intermediate level, benefits itself here.
Strong minds, on the other hand, can capture their ideas, which are currently in seed form, by focusing on the ideas at the root of these events.
They can stop what they see there before it occurs in their own lives.
They question their thoughts and actions by making judgments in their own lives. Here, people turn more inward and strive to be the master of their actions, away from judgment.
In this way, he prevents useless things and a waste of time. So he can intervene early.
The part that differentiates the strong and intermediate minds here is when they intervene.
In the early stage, the strong mind realizes this. Discusses ideas. Questions and weighs where ideas come from.
It questions at a deep level, based on the fact that everything starts with an idea.
In this way, he can also recognize the emotions that arise from his thoughts.
A New Perspective on the Mind
7 Steps to offer a new perspective on events in our minds
- At first, it is important to see how you react internally when looking at a person and what the person is doing.
- If any emotion is revealed by what that person does, it shows that this action has potential in you. Seeing that it is a part of ourselves calms us down and distracts us from judgment.
- Afterward, it is important to look at the event rather than the person and know that there is a reason for it and that he did it at his level of consciousness.
- Thus, when we start speaking in the third person, we will immediately focus our perception on the event window, which is the next level.
- What exactly are the inputs in the incident? Am I in control of the whole situation? If I know the whole incident, what input did that person give and what output did he get from life? What benefit can I gain from this in my own life? It is important to ask questions.
- Then, by focusing on these underlying ideas, we can learn a relevant lesson for ourselves.
- We can see these as ideas that have been created or will be created in our own lives.
