Step of Courage

Are you ready to take your first step?

Making a decision has always been a painful process for many people. Feeling regret after this process shows us a different perspective.

I will try to share a few ideas that will help overcome these overthinking and regret processes in the decision-making mechanism.

So far in life, we have made some decisions very suddenly and some decisions by thinking and postponing them a lot. We can say that there is not much difference between decisions made very suddenly and decisions made with much thought.

You can think of it as either entering a process before you are ready or catching the end of the train.

We want to get on a train with our ticket, moving forward with confidence. Instead of feeling like we’re missing something (FOMO) or acting indifferently, combining logic with our feelings will help us make healthier decisions.

If we put a pinch of what we feel and a pinch of logic through our minds, we will get most of the decision-making done.

Let’s first understand that it is our own choice rather than a wrong or right decision. Let’s be aware that whatever we decide, we have things to learn. Let the decisions we make make us feel good.

Embracing uncertainty and adding excitement to life when making decisions invigorates us. It gives you a good taste of life’s experiences.

Here, if we recognize our desires and know what we want, it becomes easier to decide.

As you begin to recognize our desires, you will begin to see the ease and lightness of decision-making.

Think, think, how far?

Neither thinking too much nor thinking too little is beneficial. Because they both cause anxiety easily.

What lies behind this overthinking?

  • Creating two options in the mind and thinking about which one is correct
  • Seeing making mistakes as the end of the world
  • Convincing your mind that you can’t do it when it comes to taking the first step
  • Making mistakes and making mistakes by comparing yourself with others
  • Do not express regret for what you have done after reaching a conclusion
  • Complaining about the past he will create when he gets somewhere in the future

If we become anxious, we anchor ourselves to where we are instead of making decisions about the future. Not evaluating the options we have prevents us from living and delays us.

So far, we have made many decisions that we did not want. We made these unwanted decisions to do the things we wanted. As we realize what we don’t want and use the power of the past, we see that we can move forward on the path we want.

This indecision is the embodiment of not being able to let go. Unless you let go of this old thing you know, you’ll stay still and just complain. You cannot eliminate all other possibilities and act greedily.

Would you make a decision easier if you understood how strong it feels to reject all other possibilities and that the reason you can’t decide is because you can’t reject these possibilities?

All that will happen. It is important to determine the how in the path you choose.

Every path has its roses and thorns. When you choose a path, you accept both. Be aware of the thorns that will sting your hand for the rose.

False or True?

Leaving aside the right or wrong, what we need to think about here is to see what will be good for me with my current mind and apply it.

Will this take me back or forward toward the goal I set?

Life exists with discoveries, experiments, and unknowns. This is what makes life life. Human beings who try to predict or know the end of everything have put their curiosity and excitement aside.

We can add excitement to our lives neither with any nor with many plans. If we build the skeleton of the future and surrender its interior to the Creator, we will make decisions more easily.

We start thinking about whether we want to implement and implement our decisions. What works here is the fear of making mistakes. If we look at it from a different perspective, it is difficult to let go of the old when we are about to step into a new formation.

Feel your breath and your presence in the moment. You are here, completely and completely, without getting anywhere. You are life. You are the way.

The uniqueness of our existence nourishes us here. Then whose right or wrong could be in your life? Nobody’s.

See what you don’t want and focus on what you want.

Whose Eyes Are These?

Think again through whose eyes you see the world. Your mother’s? Your father’s? Others?

Look again through whose eyes your job, spouse, environment, and location choices are made. Whose life do you think you are living? Do you still want to continue this game?

Do you look at your father through your mother’s eyes and judge him? Or do you look at your mother through your father’s eyes? Do you act as a bridge in your relationships?

It is important to receive and process the ideas and opinions of our experienced relatives. We don’t have to follow the same. We can transform our own choices and situations in the direction we want.

Questioning how much the decisions we make reflect the opinions of others allows us to create unique paths for ourselves.

We can take steps to choose our work, our environment, and ourselves with our free will. As we turn our decision-making will within ourselves rather than externally, we become more relaxed.

People want to maintain what they are used to and maintain their comfort zone. He wants to protect the environment and the relationships he has established. As we let go of the idea that we are less loved, we will see true love as a feeling that occurs ourselves and returns to its source.

See the places you have blocked in yourself so far to protect your environment with others. When you are in the same environment, you can object, express your own opinion, or express different things.

Stop making decisions for them. No matter who they are, when you act like yourself, they can make their own decisions if they don’t want to stand by you.

The more we try to follow others’ decisions and protect our environment, the more we give away energy. We cannot waste our energy on our own decisions and actions.

That’s why one of the facilitators of walking on the path you want is to turn your energy inward.

Thus, looking with this awareness while moving on the path you want;

  • Makes it easier for you to decide
  • Whether you are aware of the path or not, you will face every difficulty with fortitude.
  • Shows the events experienced as steps
  • Makes it easier to take action
  • It establishes the skeleton of life firmly

What can we do?

We’ve come a long way so far. We have seen what we can gain no matter how we act.

Let’s collect all we talked about and draw a path for ourselves step by step.

  1. Take a look at what people unintentionally bossy make them do at first.
  2. Proceed in these areas by simply asking what they request or if they would like advice.
  3. Once you’ve made your decision so far, list what you don’t want.
  4. Cross out the things you don’t want and write the things you want next to them.
  5. What is an average long-term plan for what you want?
  6. There you go. All you have to do is trust the process and use outside voices to your advantage.
