I had the feeling that he was telling me to sit next to him, that he was dictating me to do something, that I had to bring something because I had to do it.

This emotional state was all about pleasing the outside and keeping the environment pleasant.

Listen again to what you have to do and accept. Realize what you prioritize.

Constantly trying to make others accept you will only harm yourself. It will be good for you to see that you have your own wishes and implement them.

Based on my own example, most of the time, even if you were not aware of it, you took every offer or imperious word coming from outside and acted as if you had to accept it.

Until now, their words felt like an order to you, but you just bowed your head and ignored yourself.

What if there was a different way? Being able to say no to things for yourself? Being able to listen to your body? If only you had eliminated these difficulties for yourself.

You have a chance to avoid feeling like an outsider. You have a chance to turn away from leaving the decision and responsibility outside. You can knock on that door at any moment.

Because until now, you have become such a person so that the outside world will remember me well and keep those around me nice and calm.

Thinking so much about others comes from the fear of leaving the herd and not knowing any boundaries.

This is where excessive disclosure comes from. You think so much about the outside world and the reputation you left there that you feel the need to explain so much.

You can strike a balance in this and make a statement to the person who deserves it where necessary.

So far, as a result of all this, the outside has won over the inside.

And you managed to do this. You can destroy it by being the person who manages to do it. You have the power to change this self you have created at any time.

This change is not very difficult or simple. By practicing step by step, you can think about yourself a little instead of thinking so much about others.

That’s it, you’ve violated your own rights. It’s time for you to take your own rights.

If you don’t take responsibility, no one will transform anything within you.

What would you realize if you were looking at yourself from an outside perspective?

How you treat yourself, your family, and your environment, and how you react in a difficult situation are the main factors that show you who you are. These factors are the intermediaries that reveal themselves to you.

Giving too much importance to the outside is equivalent to largely ignoring one’s own feelings and thoughts inside.

Someone who begins to realize the things you can and cannot control moves from controlling the other person to controlling your own variables.

As you control yourself and these input variables, you begin to transform your life.

Excessive acceptance, external control, and distrust concern the earth element.

This desire for control initially harms oneself.

These people are likely to experience some problems with their stomach and pancreas.

Transferring man’s desire for control from outside to inside and strengthening his soil invites him to flow. When it flows like water, it begins to bring the water system into balance.

This wheel, which starts from a single place, affects the entire system. This system explains the nature of man.

Bringing new perspectives to the events you cannot digest, re-looking at the way you look at the world, and gaining discipline step by step by realizing your emotional hunger opens beautiful doors here.

It is good for us to shift control from wrong objects to objects we can manage. You feel like you are the master of your own life.

In this way, our bond with ourselves becomes stronger. As your sense of self-confidence increases, you will take more confident steps in subsequent actions.

Even if you cannot immediately follow some steps, take care of yourself. It is important to incorporate these into your life step by step. You can’t do everything in one day. Drop by drop it becomes a lake.
