Breaking the Cycle

I had banned myself from overeating junk and packaged food. I’ve been breaking these bans until I experienced 4-5 awareness.

Before that,

  • I ate so much in stressful times because of old patterns in my mind.
  • I pleasured so many people by forgetting myself.
  • I overexplained things that I felt guilty about.

Do you notice that overeating was reflected in other areas of my life?

Going to edges in one area of your life will reflect on the other areas of your life.

This is the law of “one thing in everywhere.”

Everything is One. You will see the yin and yang forms if you split the one into two.

All yang forms are the same for you

All yin forms are the same for you.

You can see yourself looking at your parts by looking at one thing, that is, yin or yang form.

If you apply your discipline in one area of your life, Its results affect the other areas.

Every step counts

Transformation is not gonna happen spontaneously. Your conscious actions lead you there.

You can’t transform or change your life because of a lack of actions.

Here are the essences of the transformation;

  1. Intention
  2. Planning
  3. Actions
  4. Discipline

Changing is looking very hard at the beginning. The unknown is scary so much.

You should walk out of the circle, not by running or crawling.

Of course, your mind tricks you most of the time Unless you set your mind with your intention.

If you don’t have any intentions, your mind can’t align with

  • The place where you want to go.
  • The thing that you want
  • The state how you want

The process of forwarding is all bound together.

If you can’t set intentions, you don’t know what you want.

If you can’t set plans, you are not sure about the place where you go.

If you can’t act, you are afraid of the things that you face.

On the other hand, if your intention or plans are weak, you can quit easily

Then you quit your way, and you feel guilty about that. It’s a lose-lose situation.

Quitting and feeling guilty feeds each other.

If you can’t change your old patterns, you can’t take a step toward the new.

Set strong intentions lead to strong other steps.

Then, you can dedicate your intentions easily.

The Discipline Circle

Most of the time, you can think, “I can’t do this, this person is at another level, but I cannot do this”.

This is coming from the Ego.

Everyone has different skills, but neither victims nor heroes.

If someone does it, you can do it too. Think about it: the people who are at the top of your mind.

You exaggerate these people because of escaping from the forwarding.

You can aim too high, but you shouldn’t expect to achieve there tomorrow.

You can start to transform your life moment by moment.

You follow the way that gives you small steps to big transformations.

The more you dedicate your way, the more you gain confidence.

After accomplishing one thing, other things will be easier for you.

Confidence gives you more discipline.

This is also a bound circle. Beneficial circle.

Embrace this circle in many ways.

You can become a person who you want easily in this way.

The Edges

If you go to one edge easily about something, you can upside down the thing easily, and you can find yourself on the other edge.

The middle way is the Tao way. Choose a walk in the middle uniquely.

You can’t transform anything because of staying in the mind.

The actions will save you. Focus on actions more about avoiding things off your mind.

You have a lack of discipline because you don’t have strong intentions and plans.

The more you do in a way that has strong intentions, the more you gain confidence about yourself.

If you immediately avoid something, you have the lesson and growth here. Remember it!

What can you do?

Let’s do an example and set our goals.

  • Instead of saying I won’t eat some packaged foods, you can determine which foods you can eat. Greens, vegetables and fruits, coconut oil, olive oil, etc.
  • My body is healthy, and my mind is clear.
  • Ask yourself in which other areas you have the problem.
  • You can consume the foods you choose for a while and fast for some time.
