How can you light your way as you walk in darkness?

Imagine a little person inside the bottle lying on its side.

This person is trying to run towards the light through the closed part at the bottom of the bottle. He only has his eyes turned that way and is trying to move forward.

The mouth of the bottle is not visible. Stuck in the dark part. If that little person walks to the dark part of the bottle and passes through its mouth, it can easily reach the bright side.

But while he is in the bottle, he only sees the light and tries to run there. He is both afraid and despised to face the darkness he has suppressed towards the bottom of the bottle.

Desiring light, he tries to hold on to the light, the happy feelings, and the things he considers good.

However, let’s see our dark sides outside, the sides that we get angry at and judge.

As you continue to ignore these parts of yourself, you will call them the parts you don’t know.

The assumptions, thoughts, and emotions that arise when you look at a person, event, or object are related to your inner world.

These feelings and thoughts that you do not want to see and avoid looking at are on your dark side.

These parts that you do not allow to emerge, that you suppress, continue to go to the depths of your darkness.

This is how you can see things that are repressed inside.

The more you walk on what you don’t know, the brighter your path becomes.

You become more and more courageous about what you avoid.

The more calmly you go, the more conscious you will become.

It will be good for you to embrace the darkness you suppress, go through it, and understand it.

You will notice transformations in your work, your relationships, and your state of being with yourself.

It will be good for you to shed light on the dark part with your awareness, overcome your patterns, and walk towards yourself.

The scariest thing is getting started until you start.

You will never be ready when starting a business. The “I’m not ready” pattern only comes from fear.

This feeling of fear will return to you as courage as you step into the unknown area.

Unless you take a step with courage, you will not be able to see what you can do in your dark sides, work, and relationships.

  • Feeling inadequate and not ready
  • Applying old learned behavior patterns
  • being influenced by outside
  • Continuously collect information

It prevents you from taking action.

If you have training and theory knowledge relevant to what you are going to do, try it, do it, and do it again.

Continue to observe yourself while you are in this process.

Notice your behavior.

You are the biggest input in what you do. You won’t know until you try.

Competence and feeling ready for a job come from starting it. Not before a job.

At the beginning of the job, you are already inadequate somewhere. As you gain experience, you progress by learning the job.

  • starting a business,
  • Moving to a new world,
  • Entering a new environment

It might be scary for you. It may seem dark there to you.

The more you focus on this fear and the more you visualize starting, the more you will become a slave to this thought.

You will exhaust yourself in a state of mind in which you become small and the beginning grows.

It will take you back to your darkness and old patterns of behavior.

So, what is the harbinger of the biggest fear after starting a job?

It comes from not being able to do the job or doing it wrong.

The more you focus on this, the more you will do wrong, even if you have something to do right.

As you expand your focus, you will stress yourself out.

Also, if you evaluate the job you will start based on what others can do, you are wrong.

Giving the evaluation to others in this process comes from your inability to control yourself.

As you give the evaluation to someone else, you will continue to cling to the fear of making mistakes.

You still need it because you’re not doing your job with self-control.

As you gain self-control, what others think about you will lose its meaning.

Like a bamboo…

After bamboos take root underground for about 5 years, they grow upwards in a very short time.

Because its roots are so strong that it can grow upwards in a very short time, once you give all your energy to your roots and foundation, building something on the foundation will become easier.

Think of the beginning as a threshold point. You fight all these thoughts and feelings until you jump over that threshold. Once you start, there is no trace of anything left.

Additionally, as you start and continue something, your self-confidence will increase.

Once you start, could you give yourself some time? Let it be your primary duty to build the foundation on your path.

No matter how difficult and boring it may seem to you, focusing on the basics and moving forward step by step will enable you to grow with strong steps. Like a bamboo.

You’ll find it gets easier and easier to get started and keep going.

Making a long-term program and plan like Bamboo will distract you from your worries and conspiracy theories.

If you’re drawing a scenario where everything will get worse, let life decide what you can’t control.

Stop deciding everything and being a perfectionist.

In the process, as you give what you can and what you can control, you will begin to trust life more.

In this way, your self-confidence will increase. You are the life!

starting new

Let’s say you’re starting a new training course. You gain various information in this training and you love its theory.

For you to do this training without thinking, you need to put it into practice both mentally and physically.

Notice your old patterns and darkness here too. Become aware of which behaviors you return to when you get stressed.

Constantly thinking about your theory will become a burden over time.

That’s why the theory education you received

  1. apply it yourself
  2. Then teach this theory to someone else

It will offer you real learning.

If you start a task and follow it in this order, you can digest what you learn in the process. You move forward in life easily and confidently.

Additionally, if you are not fully confident in yourself, you can provide the training you receive free of charge at first. In this way, both parties will continue to benefit.

In this way, you will minimize the fear of making mistakes and you will be able to act more easily.

In this way, you will see that your quality will increase in the process and you will absorb your learning in the process.
