Stress Works!

You had exhausted yourself by squeezing yourself in, forcing yourself into the smallest situation.

You had turned this into a habit. You had closed your eyes to the thing you were accustomed to.

You were able to move that way. It was easy for you to squeeze and force yourself.

The stress you applied unconsciously had damaged you. Your body, working in alarm mode, becomes tired.

This situation stole your energy.

So, pinching yourself had become a necessity for you at some point.

  • Completing work at the last minute
  • Doing your homework at the last minute
  • Reaching somewhere at the last second

It became your normal because the mind wants to cling to what it is used to. It wants to be attached to someone outside, a bond, or an object, and then it wants to maintain that bond.

We can say that this is where your relationship with stress begins to emerge.

If you want to continue with this extreme stress, your body will remain alert for a long time.

  • Not creating a resting area for yourself,
  • Not spending time with yourself.
  • Breathing practices
  • Not including yin yoga, which works the parasympathetic system in your life

This excess stress was causing him to not leave his life.

When you want to stay in your comfort zone, shake yourself with these kinds of stress peaks and valleys.

Now, you can turn that excessive stress into something light and healthy. You can turn your addictions into healthy bonds.

Also, here, you have replaced the states of blissful surprise and serenity with the fear of success.

You had learned these fears thoroughly over time. You had turned them into worries with the patterns of your mind.

Anxiety and fear continued this cycle of stress and action.

It was very easy to break this cycle and bring healthy stress into your life.

Let’s turn these fears and anxieties into healthy surprises and progress.

Rodent Impatience

When you look at the source of your impatience, you can’t enjoy your life.

When you move from one event to another that you approach with impatience, that impatience will not go away.

On the one hand, you want to continue the cycle where you are lost in another moment.

Trying to get the taste and joy of life from the next moment was eating away at the body.

It dragged you into a state of thinking as if you were not there at that moment. With this state of thinking, you try to exist and take root in the world.

When you let go of the mind’s views and labels, you start to enjoy sports, games, work, or just being. You are not just this mind. Remember!

The desire to continue in this way is to increase the feeling of complaint that comes right after impatience.

The cycle of complaint and impatience has caused sadness in you because the part of you that could not enjoy life saw this world as sad.

What you can do to move through these emotional states is to stop feeding the source.

Stop feeding the source instead of the results and revelations will solve this situation radically.

It was your anger at the world that fueled your impatience, and underneath that anger were your fears that you considered too big.

So, the key to stopping feeding this source of fear is to let go of control.

In other words, the problem that seems to be in the fire element is actually in the water element.

The fears that emerge in the water element are caused by the imbalance of the earth element.

When we look at this event as a result of impatience,

  1. Tension and control emerged in the earth element.
  2. This controlling nature brought out fear and anxiety in the water element.
  3. These fears caused impatience and ruthlessness in the fire element.

Well, when we go back from this result, that is, towards the source, we see the earth element. Now, it is in our hands to take the benefit of this situation that arises from the source and improve it.

The more you let go of excessive controls, the more life will offer you confidence.

Soften your tense body by stretching. Relax your overly stressed mind with self-suggestions.

Trusting life is different now because you need it.

Your life offers you breath, taste, and meeting every new day. The angles you will look at begin with you.

You need to see your existence as your own first to feel that you live beyond the hustle and bustle.

Trust the life plan you have chosen. You know best where the path is and where you are going.

Trust life and your existence. Take a look at what you have been through so far.

Now, slow down a little and observe yourself and your life. Realize how beautifully you have encountered the support and teachings of life.

You couldn’t see all this when you were moving fast. Now, slow down a little.

Acting fast slows you down. Remind yourself of that!

It may seem ridiculous to you at first but just notice it.

How many times have you been back to the same thing when you acted quickly?

Without realizing it, you forgot something and left the house. You returned many times and got the missing items.

A constant search for comfort will lead you to the illusion of being in heaven. Being in His presence is possible by embracing both your feminine and masculine sides.

Being in the middle will make your time count.

Walking the middle path is like drops of water dripping to a certain point every day. It moves steadily and continuously. It is neither too fast nor too slow. It is just right.

He lacks the effort to achieve something. He just does the job properly and beautifully.

He does his best by focusing on only one task. He surrenders what he has done to the Creator.

Stop Catching

Constantly chasing and desiring something else is holding you back from yourself.

Move from the chasing state to the right state of effort. Not too little, not too much. Be in the middle.

The effort you put in every day will turn into discipline after a while.

This discipline will strengthen your will. Your strengthened will will nourish your discipline.

The starting point in this dual cycle comes from initiating the disciplinary movement.

Focus on what you are doing at the moment. This way, you will be able to produce your best work in a flowing state.

Let go of the results and just focus on doing. Let go of what comes and goes. Just do the best with what you have.

See success or failure, winning or losing, as the same at the end of the day.

Chasing results is the same as having your mind wander to something else to do. Don’t do something just to get it.

Avoid labeling stress as bad in general and thrive in mild stress.

It is in your best interest to use mild stress here. Use it as a driving force and a tool to help you focus.

As we say, too much of everything is bad, too much stress is also bad. So, look at this mild stress from a different perspective.

Because one side of you likes to squeeze things in and work with a lot of stress, remember who you got this habit from. Re-measure how it suits you and choose how to move forward again.

Focus on fulfilling your responsibilities and re-examine the things that seem big to you in the process.

How did you do it after you started saying you couldn’t do it?

Just take the step and start. The rest will come in time.

Be confident.

What Do We Have?

You pushed yourself hard and pushed yourself. You knew how to function at the high-stress level you were used to by now.

It felt foreign to do something with that slight stress that wasn’t familiar to you.

Now, you can fulfill your responsibilities and promises on time, day by day.

Think of drops of water falling at a certain point every day and a bucket of water being emptied into the same place.

The things you do every day that you think are little are what make you grow.

So, take another look at where you are channeling your effort and energy!

Stop making it a big deal and start working on it. In time, you’ll say, “Did I make it a big deal?”
